1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the tayapub Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by tayapub for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one tayapub account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayapub login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tayapub will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Accurate Information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tayapub supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱5 or as otherwise specified on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. tayapub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable limits and availability.
• Currency: All transactions on the tayapub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You must not fund your tayapub account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or through any method not expressly supported by the Platform. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on tayapub.

tayapub is not responsible for any delays, fees, or errors caused by third-party payment processors. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to applicable Philippine financial regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tayapub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

tayapub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayapub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tayapub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
